Elexol EtherIO24 Perl Interface

This is a Perl module I am developing to abstract the protocol for chatting with the Elexol Ether I/O 24 board. It requires Perl 5.8 to function correctly since it works best with threads, and Perls threads almost work sanely in 5.8.

Developed using Perl on a BSD system, but it is periodically tested on a Win32 platform with Cygwin Perl.
